“I can definitely say that if it weren't for the older white gentleman that started to manage this location about a yr ago this store would be on par with every other fast food establishment in Edgewood. I stopped eating at this location for about 5 yrs then one day my son ordered about 9 months ago and I was very impressed.... really impressed. Now it is a well oiled machine with friendly staff, great food and fast delivery. I eat here at least 1 every 2 wks and I LOVE IT. “Most disorganized Popeyes Ive ever been too. No way Im waiting in their drive thru. <-- that was the start of my review 6 yrs ago, I must say the staffing has come a LOOONNGGG way. There are a lot of Spanish speaking staff which is fine as their work ethic is MUCH better than prior yrs experiences there but sometimes it is difficult to understand each other. However, the staff now seems to take much more pride in their work, keeping the inside clean and running and the drive thru doesn't take forever, as well as now I don't get there only to order to find out they are out of shrimp or chicken, smh. So must say this Popeyes has def made some improvements and if some simple language barrier issues are the biggest concern then I'll take it over the prior yrs horrible service any day.“
“2/21/23 do not use this place pizza was delivered ON THE GROUND. to an elderly disabled woman. no knock, no phone call, no text... just LEFT ON THE GROUND. Then they tried to blame Door Dash. this place took ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE DELIVERY. The disable person didnt contract door dash, pappa johns did. they refused to make it right. “I visited the Bel Air branch after trying the Parkville location six months ago, and it was an excellent choice!Adjacent to the restaurant is a spacious parking lot, making it incredibly convenient. Despite the bustling Friday evening crowd, we only waited for about half an hour, and the service was consistently attentive. The food was served promptly, and everything was delicious.My personal favorite was the Chesapeake chicken schnitzel—crispy chicken with perfectly melted cheese and a delightful hint of crab in every bite. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Jagerschnitzel.With the Bel Air branch being closer to our home and offering hassle-free parking, we'll definitely be returning in the future.Highly recommended!“
“Glad we stopped at this little gem. Family owned (Mom and young adult children manning the counter and register) Caribbean spot with LOTS of options. BBQ chicken, Jerk Chicken, curries, fried plantains, beans and rice, etc. I was in line when I expressed interest in the diner in line ahead of me was getting. Seconds later I the mom was handing me a small bowl with oxtails for my first sample. Ultimately I ordered it. Too fatty for my taste, but the sauce was tasty and made the red beans and rice wonderful. Jerk chicken was tasty and moist. Sides were hit and miss. Hot fries were good. My corn muffin was stunningly fresh - definitely made that day if not an hour before because it was still a little warm and very moist. No mass produced dry cornbread there. No normal fountain drinks. Instead, bottles of Coke de Mexico and homespun concoctions, including a tamarind drink. My daughter enjoyed her orange-pineapple-ginger juice. Lots of people getting carry out. The dining room is spartan. Not a romantic place but functional. I hope to get back there again when I am in the area. 4.5 stars.“
“First time going in a few weeks ago and I've been thinking about their Ruben ever since, the owner makes and sells jewelry too, but anyway the service was awesome I had a great conversation with the cashier and cook and then I ate the most mouth watering sandwich I've had in years. “Cool local themed place. Fantastic boneless wings, quite possibly the BEST around. Chicken quesadillas were very good and tots are a perfect alternative to fries. Had em twice now and not let down yet. Chili, when they have it is super delicious! Highly recommend! GO RAVENS!“
