I’ve always liked Rita’s, but this location was a big disappointment. My friends and I walked in at 9:45 (they close at 10), and they told us they weren’t serving ice anymore — only custard. The thing is, there was clearly still plenty of ice in the containers, just with lids on them. If you’re open until 10, you should be serving your full menu until 10. We felt rushed and unwelcome. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Customer service was excellent, and the store was clean. I just wish there was more space to sit inside.
Best Italian Ice! So glad to finally have a year round Rita’s open near by! Fast service with a smile :)
