Very good ice cream
Great customer service! but terrible working conditions for the workers, AC is broken during the hottest days of the summer and the teenage employees are forced to work under these conditions. Not to mention how the managers are never present at the store.. Not great management, but the workers try their hardest.
We stopped by to pick up a custom birthday cake after receiving email confirmation that it was ready—but it could not be found. So that wasn’t great and we’ll reach out to the manager tomorrow to rectify the issue. This review is to celebrate Desmond’s customer service.
