So that wasn’t great and we’ll reach out to the manager tomorrow to rectify the issue. This review is to celebrate Desmond’s customer service. It was absolutely swamped, with a line almost out the door, and he tried several times to locate our order. He kept his cool and remained patient while I phoned my sister to confirm the order details. He was also very gracious and did his best to offer alternative solutions given the circumstances. Kudos to Desmond for his excellent customer service!!!“

“I had some of your gluten free cupcakes at an event last weekend, and they were the best I've ever tasted. Several of the guests ate them "by mistake" and were questioning if they were really gluten free. The host sent me home with some, too. My husband tried one and also questioned if they were really gluten free. Soooo yummy! I had a snickerdoodle one, chocolate with white frosting, yellow with chocolate frosting and who knows what else. Divine, I tell you!“

The resulting cake was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. I have never eaten a wedding cake that I liked, but my groom and I went back for seconds during the cake cutting ceremony, it tasted so good.“
