People were genuinely shocked when they found out it was vegan! Not only did it taste amazing, but it was also stunning—exactly what I envisioned. Working with Sarah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully. “We stopped by to pick up a custom birthday cake after receiving email confirmation that it was ready—but it could not be found. So that wasn’t great and we’ll reach out to the manager tomorrow to rectify the issue. This review is to celebrate Desmond’s customer service. It was absolutely swamped, with a line almost out the door, and he tried several times to locate our order. He kept his cool and remained patient while I phoned my sister to confirm the order details. He was also very gracious and did his best to offer alternative solutions given the circumstances. Kudos to Desmond for his excellent customer service!!!“

“I had some of your gluten free cupcakes at an event last weekend, and they were the best I've ever tasted. Several of the guests ate them "by mistake" and were questioning if they were really gluten free. The host sent me home with some, too. My husband tried one and also questioned if they were really gluten free. Soooo yummy! I had a snickerdoodle one, chocolate with white frosting, yellow with chocolate frosting and who knows what else. Divine, I tell you!“
