I picked up three items this morning at Morning My Day. The choices were plentiful and tempting. A coconut braid-not too sweet, just perfect for early morning with coffee or tea, a curry pork sung bread that was absolutely hands down delish-heated it in the oven for 5 minutes and ate it with hot sauce, and a purple yam flower bun-delicious but know that the bread consistency might not be what you're used to? It's a very moist dense dough. The lady had a genuinely welcoming smile. The shop was easy to find. I found parking quickly. There is one table, maybe two. It's more of a carry-out place. I will be back.“

“Just did the cupcake monster decorating class at the Waldorf location and they were so sweet. My daughter asked for mermaid decorations and Chef Tai put some chocolate into a mold and into the freezer on the fly. She also did bats and ghosts on request, it was so, so sweet. Kids (4 and 3) loved it, and super tasty, too! Will definitely be back!“

“As my daughter and I attempted to find the perfect wedding cake, she went through bride-to-be jitters and I went through mother-of-the bride jitters as there are so many beautiful designs. It was so hard to choose! We soon learned that not only are the cakes good (red velvet with cream cheese icing is one of my favorites)but the customer service is “outstanding.” The owner Alexis and wedding consultant Shannon clearly understand the indecisiveness of brides to be. “Good corner location, always has a lot of staff, you'll find the expected popular flavors. Usually pretty clean. It's part of the mall block so it can be noisy, because it's not its own standalone shop - one side is totally open to the mall itself. Recommend you eat your ice cream at the park/outdoor space across the street that has plenty of seating.“
