“I wanna start off by saying very great customer service and very welcoming people. This is my first time I’m going to this franchise. I came on the grand opening day. It was very very busy, but for it to be a very, very busy day, they were attentive and very nice. The host does a great job and go Above and beyond to make sure my table was good The servers Very nice Yes, I waited 30 minutes for my food, but my food came out fresh hot and delicious. “Accommodated a party of 7 on a Thursday night easily. We ordered two boats which did not take long to prepare. The restaurant was busy during the evening which was also a good sign. Seems like a popular spot! They also gave us complimentary appetizers and dessert to share which was a nice bonus too. Service was attentive and efficient. All of the sushi was delicious and the price is quite reasonable as well. I would certainly come back again.“

“I ordered takeout from this restaurant, the primavera pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the pollo tuscano panini was perfectly toasted and packed with taste. Everything felt homemade and satisfying without being too heavy. The prices were very reasonable, and the customer service was warm and welcoming. “While this won’t stop us from ordering their delicious food again, tonight’s experience just wasn’t the same. I ordered the family package with vegetarian Biryani, which included raita, salan, plain rice, naam, and chicken curry. We got our order and it was missing the salan. I called the restaurant and got the weirdest explanation. “It’s a very small container. They make a large container and if it runs out. But it’s just a small container of peanut sauce.” I don’t care what the size of the container is, it’s advertised as a package and I expect everything in the order.“

“I've had poke' bowls from here several times over the last couple of years. Of the 4 places I've ordered poke' bowls, Poke' Fresh is the best. It seems the most fresh and tasty. The only downside is the prices seem a little higher. I had their Marine Bowl most recently, which was pricey but very good and a lot of food.“

I haven’t been disappointed with anything there but those soup and dumplings are my go to dinner and it hits the spot every time.“

“The Indian Butter Chicken pizza is outstanding! When I travel, I try new things. I wanted pizza, but didn't want the same-ol stuff. Wow! This was GREAT! Lots of garlic. I ordered extra cheese, which made the whole thing come together! The sauce for the Indian Butter Chicken has a hint of kick to it, which was *JUST RIGHT!*\n\nOne kewl thing . . . They have the right combination of oven temperature and timing, to brown the cheese ever so slightly. This brings out the flavor that much more!!“

Can you believe that craziness? Telling me that it was my problem and they can't control it! He told me that he would not be doing anything and he didn't care if they lost the customer. I will be leaving negative feedback on every media outlet that I can, He was very unprofessional to no only hang up on a customer who who is trying to understand why the $25 small crabs had more meat in them than the $60 medium crabs, but to say he didn't care if they lost me as a customer. Every leg that I pulled out of these crabs I could see straight through the shell. I will never go here again and will not recommend them to anyone!“

“5-Ledo’s pizza is always the same. It is a fav for us.

5-Customer Service- this not always true for Ledo's locations. Troy Hill was exceptional! From the time we walked in door and left we had professionally friendly service!

5- cleanliness! Very clean! This too is not true of every location.
