Super disappointed ! We were here yesterday and the place was filthy . I tried to order the mocha Sunday . They were out of whipped cream . I didn't get any toppings or the cookie that was supposed to go in it. so I essentially had coffee ice cream with chocolate syrup. When I complained to the boy that was working about the price, almost 10$ for what I was getting .He got short and said I was still getting a "deal". Our company fishing trip was today, and on our way home we were looking for a place to stop for ice cream. We called ahead to be courteous, and they were happy to take our tour bus. We showed up with a DOUBLE DECKER tour bus and Ashlynn and Shannon were amazing. They had us in and out of there as quick as ever for a group our size! Last year, I would have gave them 100 stars!!!! Some of the BEST ice cream that I’ve ever had but with the new owners and changing the ice cream from 10% cream to 5% or less, you might as well just go to McDonald’s. By trying to save money, when you put less cream into the ice cream, it becomes crystallized/icey and you lose that creaminess of the ice cream. Just like Dairy Cream and McDonalds.
I won’t go back. I’m sad.
