Most of the bad reviews here mention the staff and yeah, they aren’t super in-your-face friendly. But I come here frequently and many of the staff recognize me now; they’ll joke with me when I order something different from my usual, they’ve given me free donuts, and maybe most importantly, they always have everything on the menu. There is another local BR/DD that is a complete nightmare compared to this place (I’ll write a separate review of them). All I’ve gotta say...
Two things: the good part is that this BR is open 24 hours. You get most of the items on the menu all through the night. The bad part: the customer service is very poor. The last at the counter is pretty rude and unprofessional. Not sure if she's like this always. But that gives this location BR a 3/5.
We ordered a birthday cake from this location. It blew our expectations out of the water. We were shocked by how good it was and how it was ready on time. Keep up the good work we will see you guys really soon.
