“The BK wasn't busy when I stopped in. The place was clean and well lit. It looked very nice. I was greeted and helpful promptly and politely. I order a double cheese for myself and 2 single patties (plain, just patries) for my dogs. We had been on the road all day and the burgers were fresh made and hot. In my opinion, this is a good BK.“

“I walked in because my phone glitched and I was picking up a large order for a group at my house. I was immediately greeted by three people at the front counter who were extremely busy (and still took the time to smile and acknowledge me). Those team members knew what order I was talking about immediately and a woman who was helping specifically ensured I got all of my food and was patient and smiling. At the end of me getting everything, I heard her tell everyone she was leaving for the night..meaning she stayed past her clock out time to ensure my order was completed (also unknowingly ensuring no meltdowns from my children).
