I highly recommend going for the Big Box, as it serves any burger thee want in it, 2-piece fried chicken, any side dish of thy choice, and lastly comes with a drink. “Unlike Salsarita's, Halal Shack's best is not locked behind a Flex dollar paywall. I get brown rice, black beans, falafel, lettuce, and a slew of other small toppings like chickpeas and I-don't-even-know-what all for one meal swipe. Sadly the sauces are not labeled, but I recommend the orange one (I think it's chipotle ranch?). Try to go during off hours because lines get really long.“

I would normally NEVER eat from a ⛽️ station like this-- not even 7- eleven. BUT, this is one of the cleanest has stains I've ever been to.

I was super hungry, and because I often get my gas from here, and new l knew it was clean, I decided to see what they had to offer.

I went with the traditional lamb gyro. The meat was tender, and the sauce was tasty. The chef even brought it out to me since I waited in my car.

On a different occasion, my hands felt icky after pumping gas (I didn't have gloves that day), and the owner was nice enough to let me wash my hands.

I got a bag of basmati, cashews, golden raisins, and lime pickle. There is also fresh halal meat. I got ground lamb for making burgers. There is a small restaurant also with takeout as well as a couple of cozy booths. It's easy to miss the entrance to the little shopping center, but once there, one finds plenty of parking. Non-Asian shoppers may be confused by the name, but Danish (also spelled Danesh) means knowledge or wisdom in Urdu. One is certainly a wise shopper to take advantage of the great variety and bargains at Danish.“

“I usually order the Tuesday chicken curry special which is really good. I decided to try the Wednesday special Chicken Jalfarazi . It was very delicious. The chicken was very flavorful and the sauce. The rice is always cooked perfect. I was inquiring about the spice level and The Gentleman that took my order was very nice to allow me to sample before purchasing.“

“My girlfriend and I had a wonderful take out experience. The pepperoni pizza had a crispy crust, zesty sauce, and good ratio of cheese & pepperoni. The cheesesteak was exactly what I requested. Excellent amount of cheese, mayo, in a fresh toasted roll. The fries were golden but needed to be just a wee bit more crispy. Nonetheless, still great! Overall, a delightful meal that we look forward to enjoying again.“

“First time visiting here. Halal BBQ is a relatively new concept around here and wanted them ncheck it out. Ordered two Halal Beef Brisket sandwich combos with french fries and a canned soft drink each, a Halal Bacon and Brisket combo sandwich with curly fries and can of coke, Mozzarella cheese sticks combo and a chicken tender serving. Overall the family enjoyed the food, my beef bacon was over cooked and the strips of beef brisket were thin slivers of meat with a barely discernable flavor coated with copious amounts of BBQ sauce. First impression was so-so, for me. Seating was barely adequate with people standing over your head to order. It was night time and rainy sonif they have outdoor seating, it was not part of the equation tonight. I will definitely visit again as I like to support small upcoming businesses and I like the concept of contemporary American food for those who prefer to eat Halal.“

“My husband and myself stopped in last night, 6/6/2024 after stopping at the dispensary because the smell coming from crimson coward smelt absolutely amazing and delicious. We both got the crimson sandwich and I got the mac and cheese as well and omg it was all absolutely mouthwatering and delicious! We got our daughter a kids meal to bring home to her since she was at her friends and she even loved it, even the crimson sauce which we didn't think she'd like. We will definitely be back! Told my husband next time I'm getting the burrito and im gonna add the mac and cheese to it and roll it back up to eat cause I guarantee it would be beyond amazing!“

“Ordered two different 'pick your pasta' meals and while the price point, quantity of food, and service were great, the food could have been better. The tomato sauce was oddly spicy, which wasn't ideal for my child, and the meat sauce was all meat and very little sauce. Usually we really enjoy the food and will stick to the creamy pesto and Alfredo sauces in the future.“

“Update: I bought steak teriyaki with fried rice and vegetables. I love the fried rice. I grew up eating fried rice. If you want authentic fried rice, this is the place to go.

If you are looking for a quiet place to eat, this is the place to go. I have never dine-in. Thus, I gave a rating of 3* to be neutral.

Update: I ordered Hibachi chicken and steak today. It is just perfect. The sauce on meat is not so sweet. Thus, I upgrade food category to 4*.

Again, I did not see customers in the dining area.

The food is good except for the steak. The steak is bland--no black pepper, salt. I tasted more water in sauce.

My husband and I like the sushi in this place. The salad dressing tasted homemade and not something out of a bottle.

I picked up the order at 1:00 pm. I did not see any customers eating in restaurant.

My husband likes their food. In fact, he wants to celebrate his Father's Day at the restaurant. It will give me an opportunity to try their food one more time. I will provide an update.“

“I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, chicken cheesesteak sub (8inch) and a Philly cheesesteak sub (8 inch). The pizza was good but a little salty. My husband enjoyed the Philly cheesesteak sub and the chicken cheesesteak sub was delicious.

It took about 20 min for the food to be ready.“

“Mimi’s kabob of Turf Valley was the best choice for catering a large birthday event. The food is absolutely delicious and Mariam worked with us for all of our needs. From the appetizers, accompaniments to the main dinner, every bite was mouth watering. Food makes an event successful and thanks to Mimi’s our event was amazing!“
