“Mohamed and Nicole are wonderful. Always with a smile and friendly. Their food is the best around. It's our go to place for lunch. The most important things is they treat my wife like a queen. We love you! Jay and MacieKid-friendliness: Brought my grandchildren by and they l9ved it.“
“Lamb platter - 8/10Chicken platter - 7/10Mixed platter - 8/10Lamb platter is by far my favorite meal here! Im so glad they open late because sometime after a long day of work, you just need some halal food to loosen up! Don't sleep on the red sauce, get it on the side! It adds a good kick of flavor! The workers try to get the food out as fast as possible, sometimes the lines are long but it doesnt take long before you get your food! The cart got upgraded and the price has gone up in recent years. Pandemic has hit everyone hard, i just wish the prices were what it used to be in 2019.Platter - 11$Would we come again? Yes!“
“I’m not into crab cakes like that but I recently tried the ones from my Halal Tacos and they exceeded my expectations! The perfect blend of flavors and the freshness of the crab made for a delightful experience . I highly recommend trying these flavorful crab cakes.“
“I won't lie I've never been a huge fan of food trucks but a friend of mine that lives in the area took me to get dinner here I was shocked at how good the food was I got the chicken ?? gyro with extra meat it was excellent everything on it was fresh I haven't sad down and ate a whole meal in years but I finished everything and the only reason I didn't go right back to get more was because he was closed if you get over that stop by you won't be disappointed.“
“This place has been going strong for over 15 years. Hands-down the BEST lamb platter I've ever had. Everyone is very nice. I don't live in Baltimore anymore, but I make a point to visit my friends for some good food every time I come through the city. If you find yourself in Baltimore, do yourself a favor: try this food!“
“Hamza is the man! H&T Halal is the best Halal food truck in the area for sure, maybe the whole city. Hamza is friendly, offers quick service for those in a hurry, and his food is delicious. I can’t help myself, I get the mix over rice every time.“
“So, I was looking for a legit Karachi level desi resturant in the DMV area and nothing would come close to Desi Bethak until I came across this spot. This resturant is a blessing for us folks, living in Maryland who dont want to drive all the way to Virginia suffering I495 just to get good food.I tried Chicken Karahi, Goat Karahi, Chicken Pulao, Seekh Kababs and Beef tawa Qeema. During my multiple visits I also got a chance to try their Halwa Puris, parathy and fried chicken. I would say they are very consistent with quality and taste. Karahis are really flavorfull. Kababs are a bit okay but Tawa qeema was out of this world! Same goes with the Pulao. Legit Pulao! Halwa puri are traditional the way they should be, tasty and flavorful. Parathas were a bit disappointing though, should skip it. Their sesame seed naans are to die for!! Loved those fresh hot naans with everything. On top of all this, their service is top notch, friendly staff, giving you a feeling of eating out by providing proper service and cutlery. I would recommend thos to all my folks in the DMV area.“
“OMG to think we almost didn't get in! Without a reservation on a Saturday night only a manager with great customer service skills could have made it happen. Our first time at Villagio, but definitely not the last. Food is absolutely delicious. If you haven't tried it yet, you're really missing out.“
“Of all the places we could have gone, I am glad we chose this! The lamb gyros were on point! We had all the kids with us and we chose this as our "flavor adventure" and it was a win! I had the falafel over rice with dill sauce - amazing. The best part is we ate outside - after the humid and stuffy aquarium, the cool crisp air was just the right thing.“
“I am genuinely very wary of food trucks/carts. (I'm going to generalize a lot here but...) They are usually overpriced, portion sizes are never up to par and it can be a stomach storm waiting to happen. That being said, after a long night waiting in the ER, I was in an adventurous mood. So I tried Yomna's Halal cart and was blown away! Where do I even start? The price! The flavors! The portion size! I was wrong about it all! For about $10 I got a drink and a meal. I almost felt like I was stealing! The Chicken over Rice is a culinary delight of flavors! The perfectly seasoned grilled chicken, thinly sliced over a generous bed of aromatic rice, smothered in that magical, white, tangy, creamy sauce and topped with a flavorful (not too spicy) hot sauce providing a satisfying kick of heat! All on top of a bed of lettuce, that was still fresh and crunchy. It might be one of the best things I've had in Baltimore. This is a must-try! If you're into food cart and if you aren't and best of all, no toilet roulette!“
“Dined here tonight with party of four. We each ordered something different from the entree dinners and had both appetizers. We also ordered 3 of the 4 drinks. The food was excellent, spices were delicious and on point. The mild was mild and the spicy was spicy, not overwhelming. The server was awesome, super friendly and has such a pleasant end about him. He immediately made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. We all left knowing we would definitely be coming back. Be prepared to take food home, the servings are generous! Btw, we had lamb, chicken and shrimp dishes and all were deliciously prepared, juice and flavored very well!“
