I was blown away with how long it took to get our order. Granted it was a Friday evening and somewhat busy but it still took over 30 minutes to receive our ice cream after placing the order. I stood near the pick up window and literally one order would come out every 5-10 minutes. The product is great but be prepared to wait an inordinate amount of time for it.

I love this place. The customer service is great and the ice cream is to die for. I haven’t tried all of the flavors but from the ones I have had, was amazing. I highly recommend anyone looking for great ice cream here. The atmosphere is beautiful and it’s a cute place to just relax and vibe, definitely a five star

If you just want a delicious and simple ice cream while taking a stroll along Main Street in Ellicott City, then make Park Ridge Creamery your destination. Hand scooped ice-cream with a range of flavors, just perfect for any day.....because it's always better with ice cream. They have a nice area to sit down and it's even better when there is live music next door. I don't have a favorite flavor because I like them all.
