“It's been about 3 months since I first went to Beyond Ramen & Kabob, and I can't stop thinking about it. It's a small restaurant with several booths and some open tables, but it's filled with personality. The food was incredible - every single entree, every appetizer, every drink we tried was perfect. Hot, fresh, and made to order for the kabobs. The staff was super helpful and thoughtful, and I noticed them keeping an eye on all the customers from afar to make sure glasses were filled, food was served quickly, and everyone was happy. It made me feel like an honored guest. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options here, including a vegan ramen and many different vegan kabobs. They were very quick to accommodate our dietary restrictions and very thoughtful and cautious when it came to checking ingredients - very much appreciated. Will be back soon, and hopefully many more times.“

“I'm so serious when I say this place has the BEST tapioca out of every shop I've ever been to. It is so wonderfully sweet and chewy, and now I lowkey get a little disappointed eating tapioca from other places because it is not as good 😭 My favorite item is their taro brown sugar boba, which has real pieces of taro in a nice paste? Cream? Whatever the case it is very delicious and unique, and all of their drinks are made with real milk unless you ask otherwise, which I love! Most places do not have options with real milk, which is a real gripe of mine as I do not like watery milk tea. All of the drinks are priced reasonably, especiallly considering that they use real milk which restaurants usually upcharge for 😿
As for food, the ramen here is also my favorite out of every shop I've been to. It's easily some of the best I've had in this area. The pork is incredibly tender and flavorful, not flavorless and tough like some other places, and the broth is also delicious. For me it is very comparable to Ramenya which is another popular ramen shop in this area. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the convenience for such fresh food can't be beat 😸 The sushi burritos and poke are also delicious, but the spicy pork ramen is still my favorite! I always recommend this place to anyone I meet, and I always HAVE to get a boba for me and my mom whenever I visit the mall🧡!“

“I had my very first ramen experience here and it was absolutely amazing. The broth was rich and full of flavor, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and every ingredient tasted fresh and well balanced. It was the kind of meal that makes you slow down and enjoy every bite.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. For a first ramen experience, I could not have chosen a better place. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended“

“Pork belly buns are signature ones. Sliced beef ramen was salty. After adding hot water to the ramen, then everything turned out fair tasty. I think, the chef should eat entire noodles and will understand how salty is it. Most of the time, the chef or sous chef doesn’t eat the noodles at all.“
