It was the best wedding I've ever been to, and there were many that said the same that weren't my wife or I. Later, I would learn that tomato was hand picked from his mother's garden. This isn't wedding food. This isn't catering, as one would typically think of it. This is a 5 star chef with hand selected ingredients and team coming to serve a meal fit for a king and queen, and their esteemed guests. I've never had better catering at any event. They are of course, easy to work with as well. They only do one wedding at a time, so they are never spread to thin. Buddy is highly responsive, and was never unavailable when we called him. Everything went off without a hitch, and no detail was out of place. As a cog in a greater machine of our wedding, they never squeaked, never needed greasing, repair, or replacement. You're a fool if you choose any other caterer.“
