“Beat snowballs in Baltimore!!! We recently relocated back to MD from CA couldnt wait to get a snowball at Kona ICE. The hospitality was awsome they were very welcoming and made you feel very comfortable. The snowball was outstanding had plenty of syrup and marshmallow. Thank you Claude, Jimmy and Joni for your outstanding establishment.

“Went tonight and there were about 6-7 employees working. They were all running around to get the orders out fast and they were lovely and polite. Bonus, they looked like they were having fun. Thanks!“

“Rita's is excellent. They have many flavor options daily that include several sugar-free ice flavors. The unfortunate thing is that it usually melts before you can finish it. When I spoke with the person serving us, she offered a second larger cup to help with the mess and serve as some extra insulation. This was very helpful for my kids and my sanity. Because of this, I left a tip, which brings me to my final thoughts. A place like this should not be asking for tips. The employees should be paid at least minimum wage. Tipped employees make less than minimum wage, which is why you tip at full service restaurants.“

“Mango ice with vanilla custard gilati all the way!!!! Wait, cotton candy with vanilla custard! No, it's gotta be mint with chocolate custard.... Nah, as a middle aged man I have no problem admitting it, Mirmaid flavor's rockin it this summer. It's hard to go wrong at Rita's“

“The young lady working today (6/4/2020) around 4 PM was a rock star!! She was the only person working and the line was out to Bel Air Rd (in part due to social distancing). However, she remained calm and did not rush us when it was our time to order. She kept a very positive attitude and deserves a kudos!! Yes, I put money in the tip can, but she needs to hear how well she did!!“
