“Harford Winery is an absolutely beautiful venue — warm, inviting, and the perfect setting for a special celebration. I planned a bridal shower here from out of state, and Brent, one of the owners, made the entire process seamless from start to finish.

Brent was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the planning process. He answered every question, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every detail was covered. On the day of the event, he was just as attentive and supportive, which allowed me to fully enjoy the celebration without stress.

Our guests loved the space, the atmosphere, and the overall experience. I am so grateful for the care and hospitality we received and truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to host such a meaningful event. I can’t wait to return to Harford Winery again soon!”

“I just got the Sweet And Sour Chicken. What can I say other than I’m in love with it. They gave more chicken than most wings places give. However I get fried rice and an egg roll too! They keep the sauce in a bowl so I can dip or pour it on. Great food, great price.”

“Baskin Robbins has a bright interior, making it easy to see all the treats and products. I ate in the comfortable dining area, ensuring I would not spill my two scoops of mocha almond fudge. It was warm enough today to sit at a table outside, but the colorful cushion chairs were welcoming. The ice cream was loaded with almonds and chocolatey goodness. There were clever animal options called creature creations. Looked fun. Very reasonable prices for high-quality ice cream.”

“Rita's is excellent. They have many flavor options daily that include several sugar-free ice flavors. The unfortunate thing is that it usually melts before you can finish it. When I spoke with the person serving us, she offered a second larger cup to help with the mess and serve as some extra insulation. This was very helpful for my kids and my sanity. Because of this, I left a tip, which brings me to my final thoughts. A place like this should not be asking for tips. The employees should be paid at least minimum wage. Tipped employees make less than minimum wage, which is why you tip at full service restaurants.”

“Best fast food choice in harford County. Always consistent excellent food and service. Way better service than the bel air and abingdon locations. The service here is so positive and friendly it is exactly the same atmosphere that Bento Sushi is famous for. The experience is so pleasant it makes you want to eat here everyday.”

“Biggest pet peeve - I ALWAYS have to ask for napkins when I order a food item. I shouldn't have to do that. Also, the young lady working the drive thru window on 9/26/25 in the moring - no need to make faces when a customer asks for the taller/bigger straw.”

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!”
