I got the Italian cheesesteak and hubby got the mushroom cheesesteak and we shared an order of the stuffed grape leaves. Everything was fantastic! I loved the sauce they put on my cheesesteak! I swear I could just eat that alone with a spoon! Very fresh ingredients and they did not skimp!
The guys working were super nice and friendly! Can’t wait to come back and try the pizza!!!”

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! Thank you all so much for proving customer service is not a dying art!”

“We haven't been here since it was sold. The place is beautiful! The food was excellent and our waitress, Holly was the bomb diggity!!! We had the CRAB COW BERGER and it was the best burger we ever . Moist beef and the crab cake with crab imperial was divine. The fries were cooked perfect, nice and crunchy but just as soft on the inside. They were NOT coated! Prices were very reasonable. When you get food like this, you don't mind what it costs as long as it is great. Again, ask for Holly to be your waitress. The best server we have had in a long time. Professional but down to earth and she was on top of everything. We went to celebrate our birthday's. Holly even sang when she brought our cake out! What a FANTASTIK time we had. Please go and enjoy the staff and food... you won't be disappointed!!! Thanks for everything Holly!”

“10/10!! The food was absolutely incredible - me and my husband each did a prix fixe dinner pairing with wine and were 100% satisfied with our food selections and the wines. Flavors were complimented perfectly with each wine pairing. The scallops entree - NO NOTES!! We will absolutely be coming back! I noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary - not only were we seated with a glass of Prosecco for celebration, but our server Brady went a step further and made our dessert special with a happy anniversary message. He was absolutely wonderful and the service was top notch! We can’t wait to return!! Thank you!”

“We had the best experience for my daughter’s Birthday Jan. 8th! Lynn our server was excellent from start to finish. She made sure everything was good and checked on us periodically. She brought my daughter and son celebration balloon hats, birthday candle, ice cream and sang with a drum!!! It was a wonderful memory my family and I will cherish. Our food was fantastic! My daughter and I ordered sushi 🍣. My son ordered salmon teriyaki and my husband ordered the salmon hibachi. Everything was fresh and had great flavors. Amazing hibachi noodles, wished we lived closer. We will definitely be visiting again when we’re staying at the great wolf lodge.”

“Went based on a lot of positive reviews from others. Ordered hot wings and a pizza with mushrooms, sausage and pepperoni. I consider myself a wing and pizza snob, being from the NY/NJ area…the wings were quite good, hot and cooked well, not burned but definitely not slimy. Sauced very heavily…my wife loved the sauce more than me, it had almost like a ketchupy, bbq vibe to it. Wasn’t bad, just not my favorite. Wings overall 4 outta 5. Pizza was well cooked, I prefer closer to well done, my wife likes doughy…so it was more my preference. It was maybe a bit overdone, but not inedible at all. Good flavor, nothing overwhelming and it all kinda blended together nicely. Overall, 4 outta 5. Will definitely go back again.”
