“I come here often. So often I rack up points. Today I wasn't able to use my points or receive additional points because the cashier didn't know how it worked. Usually they just ask me for my cellphone number and viola!! However, today it was not so In the present climate these little incentives matter to me. Otherwise, they are always courteous, nice, welcoming and professional. The food is good and I appreciate that they keep my snacks replenished (The homemade pork skins). Hopefully next time, I'll be able to use my points.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I live in another state and frequently visit America's Best Wings in my home state. To say that the wings at this ABW in Fort Washington are absolutely the best I ever had, is an understatement. This is my new favorite place to eat when I head north to Maryland. And the service was great.“

“I came for the Chicken Big Mac and it did not disappoint. Was very skeptical when it was first announced because I thought they would be using that McChicken pattie which we all know is 🗑️ But Ronald McDonald dug into his bag of tricks for this one. It's bigger than the McChicken pattie and kinda has the consistency of the nuggets. Very Crispy. I would suggest ordering thru the app so you can customize it. I left off the Mac Sauce (I don't like mayonnaise) I was very pleased. Check it out. It won't be on the menu for long. Of course I got fries and the Hi-C orange soda!“

“I did a curbside pick up the morning of Memorial Day, and even though they were out of caramel for the frappe, so I changed my order to a coffee. Donita actually came out to the car to tell me this personally and took care of the change to coffee. She also brought me a bag with a handle on it so I could easily carry everything in the house when I got home. She was so VERY polite and professional, that I KNOW I will be returning to this location all the time. Donita is just wonderful and I appreciate her service because I walk with a cane and she was just so kind and nice. The manager should give her a raise or a bonus for such excellent customer service.“

so basically just 2 complaint. if your a worker who speaks spanish at this place, sorry but pls speak english. the food is good but i hate when they get my burger wrong
instead of only chesse and ham, they have ketchup,rice or smth and pickles

“The new management at Fort Washington Wendy’s is awesome
I have suffered so many times at Wendy’s with poor service and employee employees who just didn’t care
They have a new manager down there who is making great changes
She’s there during the morning and will listen to you. Tell her about the issues you had in the past she says she’s working on the culture and I love it.
You’ve had a bad experience in the past give them another try it’s worth it!“

“The weather was great for out door dining, the Burger-Fi and Swag Burgers were excellent, the fries need some work. The nuggets were extra crispy and tough.“

“Great food! The Santa Barbra char burger was fantastic! Great customer service! My child’s food came out much later than everyone else’s food. When we checked up on it, they immediately brought us the food with extra treats and a free burger card. We will definitely be back in the future!“

“Very welcoming from the time we walked in the door. Had the Bison filet and it was perfect. The entire staff was on point with everything. Great for a date night or to bring the family out for dinner! Can’t wait to come again“
