Flavorful hidden gem. A recent trip to Frederick included an unexpected stop at BK Juices. It was delightful. The Acai Bowl was delicious and my husband enjoyed his smoothie - so much so he bought a Juice for the road. We will be back for sure. The staff was friendly and warm, cheerful and peaceful ✌️

We never had the chance to try BK Juices. They cancelled on our PTA on the evening of November 13, just two days before our Wellness event. We first requested the food truck on October 4 and received confirmation on October 7 that they would love to participate. Food trucks in our area are required to have a permit for events, so we followed up on the permit status on November 1 but did not receive a response. We followed up again on November 7 and were told the permit would be secured by Monday.
The next email we received was on November 13 stating that the permit cost was over two hundred dollars and more expensive than they expected, so they would not attend our event after all.
I love supporting local businesses and do not enjoy leaving negative feedback, but this is not an acceptable way to treat people or operate a business. When you commit to an event, especially one serving families and children, permits should be secured well in advance.
I sincerely hope they improve their process, but based on our experience, they were not reliable.

This was my first time visiting the town of Frederick in the 25 years I’ve lived in Maryland, and I can’t believe what I’ve been missing! After an afternoon of exploring downtown, I was craving something healthy and was thrilled to find BK Juices within minutes of where I was standing.
The service was exceptional. From the owner, who made my bowl, the young man who took my order, and another young man, I believe her brother, showed such genuine kindness and warmth. It’s rare to see that level of politeness and care these days.
As for the food, I couldn’t stop saying how incredible my açaí bowl was.. it might honestly be the best I’ve ever had. The only thing keeping it from absolute perfection was that the açaí was a bit more frozen than I’m used to, but that’s just a personal preference.
I’m writing this review while debating whether to drive 20 minutes just to get another one—that’s how memorable it was. Thank you, BK Juices, for being such a refreshing and uplifting part of my wellness journey!

This place was terrible, service was terrible, venue was terrible, but most importantly, the room temp milk my kids and I were given was $45 and terrible. Not cold, not a smoothie, go to smoothie king and make a solid choice.

My first time here and they customize a shake for me and I slurp that down before I even made it to my car. Delicious, refreshing. The service is great and I will definitely come back. I take a picture, but I already drank the smoothie. 😅

A friend and I saw this place to grab a smoothie. We arrived soaked from the storm and from the beginning they were very courteous thinking we just needed to get out of the rain. I had the Keep It Kreamy shake, which was awesome with the cinnamon. Everything was fresh and I really appreciated the kindness and will definitely come back for future purchases.

Found this gem while Googling fresh juices. I recently had surgery, so I wanted to detox and heal my body, and their 3 day juice cleanse was exactly what the Dr ordered. Each juice and smoothie was better than the last. So refreshing. Best in Frederick by far. Then they had the nerve to have some fresh Jamaican patties straight from Ny!! Jerk Plantain?? Wtf??? Straight 🔥 and not that frozen fake crap haha. I've been back almost daily since that first day, and I'm hooked!
