Please and thank you go a long way. Went to the drive thru and ordered with a please and thank you after every item but did I get just one back, no. Disappointing customer service. No friendly greeting, not one thank you, and not even one sorry for messing up what I ordered. Then come home to missing drink from the Kids Meal and no bacon on burger. Guess thats why Chick-fil-A has the long lines.
Always had fast service and fresh food. Too bad they never send out any salad coupons in the mail...
