I went in the morning time. Dined in. It was moderately busy. Service was great and friendly. Food was exactly what you'd expect from IHOP. Atmosphere was pretty quiet even though it had a good amount of people in the restaurant. I like this IHOP most between Frederick and Hagerstown. It's always relaxing in the mornings when I am there and the service has always been good the last 7 times that I've visited.

I've never waited long at this ihop! If youre looking for exceptional service, ask for Joel! He makes the experience amazing! The food is always hot and I've never had an order come out wrong.

While the commercial grade flooring is a wonderful improvement over the wall to wall carpeting, rhe floors at this location are disgustingly sticky.
Either the cleaner used to mop the floor's at the end of the day needs to be changed OR whoever is mopping the floors at the end of the day needs to be trained properly.
