My first experience with this facility was unacceptable. I ordered a pizza and french fries online. When the order arrived the pizza was hard, cold and difficult to eat. The french fries were not filled in the container. I called the location where I ordered the pizza and spoke with the manager on duty Sarah. She was very abrupt and eager to get me off of the telephone. She stated she would send another pizza. I will NEVER patronize this facility again.
Normally I love your pizza but on 1/6/18. I was severely upset with you guys. Not happy Pizza Hut!!! My pizza has raw dough in the entire center!!! Normally I don't have a problem with you, but I do tonight. I am even more angry, after your manager admitted to NOT pushing the pizza back for longer cooking, because the oven was full and very busy. (Excuse me WHAT!)
