I recently visited this place with high hopes for a refreshing, protein-packed smoothie, but my experience was deeply disappointing. First, finding the place was a challenge as there were no signs outside to identify it. This lack of clear signage made the location feel unprofessional and uninviting.

Upon finally locating the entrance, I discovered that they don’t serve smoothies with milk, which was surprising since most smoothie places offer this basic option. This significant limitation was not mentioned anywhere on their menu or website, leading to a frustrating experience for someone expecting a traditional smoothie.

To make matters worse, it took about 15-18 minutes to prepare a single protein shake. For a place that specializes in smoothies, this wait time is unacceptable. Efficiency is key in the fast-paced food and beverage industry, and this establishment clearly falls short.

Additionally, when I asked for oat milk in my smoothie, they mistakenly added oats instead, completely altering the texture and taste.

Overall, it failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The lack of clear signage, limited smoothie options, and excessively long wait times make it a place I cannot recommend. There are many other smoothie spots that offer better service, more options, and a much quicker turnaround. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for your smoothie fix.

I live an hour away and Connie assisted me and my girlfriend what's good for me. I have been having a digestive issue. The strawberry and banana sooo good. It only cost $8 and she give more without me asking. I recommend!

Loved the smoothies! Packed full of protein and really delicious! The serving size is really generous.Everyone there was so friendly and just really caring people. Would highly recommend!
