Wingstop Reviews
The manager Michelle is rude , disrespectful, and always has an attitude. She yells at her employees and her assistant. She always has her phone in her hand. Her employees seems reserved whenever she is there. There’s a huge difference between when she’s there and when she’s not. When she not the employees seem very happy and team oriented. I only go there when I see she is not there.
but today i went in and ordered 20 boneless korean spicy wings. after getting home I found out I got Bone-In. job isn't that hard. all they offered me was discount on next order. there was nobody in the store so it isn't like they were slammed. felt I should get more then discount. maybe 8 wings free next order. my discount probably won't be much for ruining my lunch today cause I not eating bone in wings
Have had nothing but HORRIBLE service from start to finish. We order online and it is so hard to navigate the ordering website. The order is NEVER right, the staff is incompetent and rude. You place an order at 7:45 pm, the “drop time” is 7:25 pm, you arrive at 7:30 pm and walk out at 7:55 pm with cold food & half your order missing. You contact the owner/ manager, he tells you he’s sorry, will send you a gift card and you NEVER receive it. You tell him you never received...read full review

Wingstop is a restaurant known for its chicken wings and boneless combos. The flavors are there, with the Korean sauce being a perfect combination. Many customers praise the service, noting that takeout is quick, with wings always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and competent, and the manager, Kim, was praised for fixing mistakes and providing excellent hospitality. The restaurant offers current deals, such as 20 wings for $20, which many find to be cheaper and better in quality than competitors like Buffalo Wild Wings. Customers have also experienced attentive management, with one GM, Leonard Perry, being recognized for exceptional service and leadership. The food quality is often described as phenomenal, and the restaurant has become a favorite for those seeking good wings without high prices. Despite some past issues with service, recent reviews highlight improvements and a consistently positive experience, especially with helpful staff like Aaliyah, who provided great customer service over the phone and ensured hot, fresh food even late at night. Overall, Wingstop continues to show potential as a top spot for wing lovers.
