My favorite bartender in Parkville, Skip, works here on Sundays. After hearing about the food at YBT from him I decided to take the 35 minute ride to check it out. I was not disappointed. The chef is great! I always take home food, but I ate every bite of the Smoked Brisket Hollandaise with poached eggs and fried potatoes. Also couldn’t resist trying the Hawaiian Breakfast with crispy pork belly with teriyaki glaze, sticky rice and Hawaiian macaroni salad. It was delicious!

Food was excellent! Apparently recent new chef, Skip, the bartender was extremely attentive and gave wonderful recommendations for different Inverness beers we sampled. Customers also engaging! All around glad we popped in! We were looking for exactly that fit on a rainy day!
Service is great, everyone is so warm and friendly. Great food, music, definitely recommend!
