Their staff is usually friendly, very rarely do they seem like they don't want to be there. The place is always clean, and they don't typically have long lines at the drive-thru. Overall, it's just a solid location.“

“THIS IS MY FAVORITE CHIPOTLE ❤️i live in columbia and this location consistency is immaculate. They always give me two vinaigrette sauces(AND MAKE THEM RIGHT UNLIKE OTHER LOCATIONS) and make the bowl clean. I’ve noticed that they used to give me tiny portions but today I had a nice full bowl as u can see in the picture! My only downside is they look like they’re dying inside but i really hope the district manager sees this and gives them a raise! “This was my first visit and the service was great. The staff was kiind and patient as I figured out what to order. The ice tea lemonade was very good not to sweet. The chicken fingers were great because they were not salty.

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“This is my favorite chicken joint in HoCo! The strips have the best flavor and if I bought them every time I craved them I’d be as big as a house. I have some minor suggestions for a better experience but none of them take away from how good the food is. 1, I wish you could get a meal with a boba tea. My husband always wants one with his food. 2, The parking lot is small and busy with very little turn around space which can be tricky during peak times. 3, sometimes they forget extra sauces in to-go orders (everywhere does this though), but the last time I carried out the young man at the counter was very accommodating and offered even more sauce if that wasn’t enough. And finally 4, I swear the spice level is different every time I order, lol. It’s fine, it’s not a problem for me but I can see it being a problem for others. Sometimes I get mild and it’s perfect, sometimes it’s not spicy at all, and occasionally my lips will be on fire for 30 min after eating. I’ll continue to daydream about the delicious chicken here and after writing this I think I’ll order today. Yum!

Parking: It’s in a strip with other stores and there is some competition for spots sometimes.

“I love the convenience of ordering online. Food was ready when I arrived with my family to dine in. With a family of young children, having the food waiting for us when we arrive makes the experience of eating out more enjoyable. The kids aren’t complaining about being hungry or asking when the food will be ready. I try to use this parent hack whenever we decide to dine out.

As for the food, it’s upscale fast casual. Shake Shack is consistent and never seems to disappoint. My kids especially love the crinkle cut fries and milkshakes. My spouse and I enjoy the Chicken Shack sandwiches when we want to change up our entree preferences. Overall, I think Shake Shack is an excellent restaurant for a quick and delicious meal.“

“I used to love this location - they are under new management. They are not consistent with the cooking. Service is poor. I’d planned never to return here.

We moved out of state. When the blaze app glitched and put my order there instead, I called immediately to cancel. It rang out for 10 minutes. I gave up. My husband got through separately. The man kept telling him to pick it up, he could not cancel. My husband said we aren’t in that state - it was an in-app error.

Deleting their crappy app and glad I don’t live near this location any more because if I did I would never return due to being dissatisfied with their new management and the reduced quality of their product.“

It wasn’t cut all the way through, and the cuts that were made seemed random, leaving me with what felt like scraps rather than a properly served dish. I know it’s late, but is that an excuse for cutting corners on presentation?

On a positive note, the service was pretty quick, which I appreciated. However, the drive-through experience could have been much better. The cashier could have been a bit friendlier or at least offered a warmer tone both over the speaker and at the window.
