Excellent amount of cheese, mayo, in a fresh toasted roll. The fries were golden but needed to be just a wee bit more crispy. Nonetheless, still great! “We get take out pizza at Philly's Best, and sometimes subs. The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. The people are very nice. Caveat, a few years ago they had some very rude people working the counter but they have resolved that issue and everything is great here again with the service. The atmosphere is typical take out pizza and sub shop. Very clean and neat. Easy parking. The food is always delicious. “My wife and I are native New Yorkers, i.e, Pizza Snobs. We’ve lived in 3 states and the DMV. Wise Guy Pizza is authentic. Full stop. Just the right amount of oil on top, the pepperoni was perfectly flat, unlike some at imposter pizza places where they lay like mini saucers. The crust is simply New York - the crust thin and soft, not like other “thin crust” imitators that tastes like cardboard. The only complaint is the sausage: little rectangle strips rather than small round pieces. However, they were tasty.
We are happy to finally, after 40 years of searching, find real NY pizza. Note: Where were the Black & Whites?“

“Sunday brunch was delicious. Maryland style pizza never disappoints at this place. We all split the LEDO Italian salads. (they were huge) We also had one tray (square)of their pepperoni & sausage pizza and one tray of the plain cheese. The thin, flakey crust was cooked to perfection. (The pepperoni was sliced so thick and the sausage tasted fresh) The fries were a nice surprise- we thought we were getting the waffle fries, but the ones we got were done perfect! Hot and crispy.

“I used to love this location - they are under new management. They are not consistent with the cooking. Service is poor. I’d planned never to return here.

We moved out of state. When the blaze app glitched and put my order there instead, I called immediately to cancel. It rang out for 10 minutes. I gave up. My husband got through separately. The man kept telling him to pick it up, he could not cancel. My husband said we aren’t in that state - it was an in-app error.

Deleting their crappy app and glad I don’t live near this location any more because if I did I would never return due to being dissatisfied with their new management and the reduced quality of their product.“
