Iron Skillet Cornbread
Six (6) slices of fresh cornbread baked with buttermilk, creamed corn, jalapeno peppers, and serrano peppers. Served in an iron skillet.
House Salad
Mixed greens, julienne carrots, spiced pecans, goat cheese, Campari tomatoes, and cornbread croutons, tossed in our signature Adobe dressing. Served with a slice of cornbread.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, red peppers, and cornbread croutons, tossed in Caesar dressing. Garnished with shredded parmesan cheese, and served with a slice of cornbread.
Chicken Tenders
Served with french fries, BBQ, and honey mustard.
Fiesta Eggrolls
Tomato flour tortillas stuffed with rotisserie chicken, black beans, corn, spinach, diced red onions, red peppers, Monterey Jack cheese, and smoked cheddar cheese. Served with our Campfire sauce and tortilla strips seasoned with New Mexico chili powder.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Fresh spinach, artichoke hearts, and onions, blended with Monterey Jack tossed in a Parmesan cheese sauce. Served with fresh tortilla chips.

Idaho potatoes tossed with sour cream, butter, kosher salt, fresh-cracked black pepper, and green onions.
Bacon Mac and Cheese
Diced onion, applewood bacon, and cayenne pepper tossed with sharp white cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and spiral noodles, topped with smoked cheddar cheese, and baked until golden brown

Shoe string fries fried and tossed in light reading blend.

Desserts
Key Lime Pie
Graham crackers, walnuts, and pecans, made into a crust, and filled with a house made key lime custard. Topped with house made whipped cream, and finished with ground nuts.
Bread Pudding
Chunky French bread and raisins, mixed with a sweet Grand Marnier cream custard, topped with butter and sugar, and slowly baked until caramelized. Topped with more sweet Grand Marnier cream custard, and garnished with cocoa powder, raspberries, and a mint sprig.

Crispy Chicken Sandwich
Buttermilk chicken breast, topped with coleslaw, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and mayonnaise on a brioche baguette. Served with french fries.
The Impossible Burger

Slow-roasted to bring you maximum flavor. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans.
BBQ Pork Ribs Plate
Slow cooked ribs topped with BBQ sauce, served with french fried and coleslaw.
Chicken Pot Pie Plate
Traditional pastry crust filled with rotisserie chicken, carrots, peas, and potathoes.
Rattlesnake Pasta Plate
Fresh rotisserie chicken with garlic, tri-bell peppers, mushrooms and lime juice. Tossed with linguini pasta in a Cajun Alfredo sauce. Topped with smoked mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro.
Short Smoked Salmon Plate
Marinated, quickly smoked and finish on the grill, topped with mustard sauce and served with mashed potatoes and spinach.
Hickory Grilled Tenderloin Filet Plate
Hand-cut tenderloin steak, Gorgonzola bleu cheese butter and Cabernet sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.
Grilled Rainbow Trout
Fresh Rainbow trout, hardwood grilled and topped with our house made lemon butter. Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach

Hand breaded, pan fried chicken breast, topped with homemade marinara and mozzarella, accompanied by linguine pasta and sautéed spinach.
Prime Rib
Slow – roasted and deeply seasoned. Accompanied by au jus and horseradish sauce. Served with mashed potatoes.

Our food tasted great, the service was great, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was just what we were looking for. We'll definitely be returning in the future for another excellent experience.

Good food and excellent service. Only note is that the chocolate brownie ice cream dessert was frozen so hard that we had trouble cutting it. Maybe let it thaw a little in the future.

Order two identical, Ahi tuna salads, one was perfect with fresh cut, red pepper and mango and fresh lettuce, the other one was old with dark lettuce, and only two tiny strips of red pepper and one teeny piece of mango . The tuna was good on both
