I see why this location has 1.5 stars, This was the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds. The manager who was supposed to find a solution made the problem worst. the manager on duty name is Lilla(Lyla). I was trying to use a code through my app which the person working the drive thru was saying it was already used which it wasnt because that was my first time at McDonalas to day , matter fact this whole week. so he got his manager. I thought that she would manually enter the code for me or at least find a way to honor the discount I clearly had. instead of doing that she attempted twice more to have me keep pulling up the same code . then she said well use another one. since they ran my codes two times I couldn't use any more codes because I reached the limit: still, instead of the manager Lilah honoring the discount she says "well what do you want me to do " Are you kidding me!!!!!!! lady you tried running my code several time and made me use all of my options then still didn't honor one single code for me and in a condensing voice said there's nothing I can do! worst manage ever!!! do better! I will not be returning to this location. it was my first time st that one. highly frustrated

Straight up dirty, the food is mid i only ordered 3 items and it took them 15 minutes to make (double cheese, small fries and a iced mocha) i only have a 30 minute break and it pisses me off it consumes half of my break ordering here. The bathroom if youre lucky, it's clean or covered in sh1t

Went there late night, they are open 24 hours. Did a mobile order, they took the money instantly and the workers wouldn't give me the food because "the system was down". Talked to the manager, he said that it was "more likely that a customer would scam mcdonalds, than mcdonalds would scam a customer." It says in the Mcdonalds app that they dont give refunds guess the customer just got scammed. Didn't get food and got charged. I never can understand why people act like its their money when they are getting paid minimum wage or close to it. Like its chicken nuggets out of their pocket.TLDR GOT NO FOOD AND GOT CHARGED

We've always had a great experience with this McDonald's and wish others in our area were like this one! No matter what time you go, the staff is extremely friendly and the food is always great. I also appreciate how they always have ice cream and milkshakes available. No complaints and thankful to have them in the neighborhood!
To many kids hanging around before and after school. And I mean MANY. Even in the men's bathroom. They are packed just standing around the sinks and toilet. ??♂️. But the staff is cool and well the food is McDonald's food so....
