The noodle soup was so flavorful and was perfect! I had the signature dish Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin noodles. The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. The portion is quite generous. The broth and meat are super flavorful and tender. The beef slices are very fresh and nice-chewy, and the soup is also tasty. Specific meals include the A3 Sauerkraut Beef Noodle Soup with Knife Sliced noodles, vegetable noodle soup, traditional beef noodle soup, oil spilled noodles, and the Special Tea. The liang pi and cucumber side dishes are also very good. The place is comfortable and easy for families. Customers can watch the chef create the noodles. The interior is relaxing and kept pretty clean. There are plenty of seats, but the place is a little bit small. During busy hours the wait time can be around 30 minutes, with the line out the door. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful, though they are very short of staff. Service is great. The food will take awhile since it's hand made, but it's worth the wait.
