“The fish soup was flavorful, and the portion size was generous. I also liked that you can do a half-and-half soup with both fish and beef if you want to try both.

There are plenty of side dishes to choose from, and the cucumber was refreshing. The sticky rice cake and the spicy sour noodles were just okay and didn't stand out compared to the soup.

The seating area is fairly small, so it's not the best choice for larger groups, though we had no trouble walking in without a reservation. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. I'd definitely come back for the fish soup.“

“The noodle soup was so flavorful and was perfect! I had the signature dish Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin noodles. The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! Also we were honored by four songs excellently played on the baby grand piano. Thank you for a delightful dinner, perfect service, and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend Chopin Noodle House and look forward to trying more dishes on the menu. ❤“

“The food is truly delicious and the portions are quite generous. Their vegetable spring rolls are the freshest and most delicious. Cucumber and garlic salad is definitely the best. Vegetable lo mein is super delicious. Their szechuan chicken and red peppers is very spicy but delicious. Beef sechuan very delicious. The service is professional, fast, and friendly. Emma was our hostess, she is extremely good, courteous, professional, and sweet. The place is nice, clean, but not fancy. .Most of the customers are Asians, proof it is very good. Definitely highly recommend, and definitely will go back again and again“
