Nothing Bundt Cakes

I got the white chocolate raspberry cake and it was delicious ! The employee was very friendly and personable. I'd love to come back and try many of their other desserts !

NAHRYA was rude and not helpful when asked support with a cake. First time it happens to me at this location.

My birthday was on 10/20 my client went and bought a single chocolate chip Bundt cake the same day and gave it to me. It was hard as a rock I thaw it out thought cause it was cold from being in the fridge nope I couldn’t even cut it , icing was hard too what a waste and didn’t have a heart to tell her.

Very charming little shop—bright, cheerful, and full of cute merch that makes you want to browse and shop around. Service was great with welcoming and friendly vibes.
All the cakes look picture-perfect, almost too pretty to eat. i am a lemon fan, so I went for the small gluten-free lemon raspberry. It was light, not overly sweet, but I could definitely tell it was gluten-free. I just wished the lemon flavor came through a bit stronger—it leaned more subtle than I’d hoped. My daughter had the cookies & cream, it was good but again not much flavor.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience with your service. I placed an order online, which a friend picked up on my behalf for delivery to me. Unfortunately, upon receiving the order, I discovered that one of the items was missing. As a result, I had to send my husband back to the store to retrieve the missing item.

When I called to inform your staff about the situation, the person I spoke to did not seem to acknowledge the mistake or express any remorse. Moreover, when my husband arrived at the store, the staff insisted that the complete order had been given to my friend and implied that we had already received all items, which was not the case. Only after repeatedly questioning my husband did they finally provide the missing item.

I am extremely disappointed not only with the mistake but also with how the situation was handled. The lack of accountability and the way we were treated were both frustrating and unprofessional. This experience has left a negative impression, and I am reluctant to order from your establishment again.

I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in hopes that you address this issue to improve your service in the future.

Food delivery was 45 minutes late because the store didnt have the order ready and they sent the wrong items to me. No easy way to contact for refund or customer service. Terrible experience.

Tell me why I bit into my churro dulce de leche and taste straight cinnamon. Totally unnecessary! Did not taste good. Head baker needs to do better. That was unpleasant and the after taste was awful. I should get a refund.

Whoever the lady that was working there today needs to be fired immediately! Very snappy attitude and follow me to the car to tell me how to handle my order what kind of bs is that do not do that !

Placed an order in advance of the Valentine's Day rush. My order was ready on time and they seemed well prepared to handle all customers. The person who was working the counter was very friendly and efficient.

The White Chocolate Raspberry was Fabulous ‼️ Thanksgiving dessert. One negative comment! Ask for ID to pickup pre-ordered and prepaid by phone cake! After cleaning, cooking, & not feeling good it was a not appreciated. I know you said it was policy but gave my name, prepaid & preordered seemed alot. Since my ID was in car. So planned to have empty hands to carry cake! But Delicious Cake & friendly Staff‼️‼️
