Good cakes, poor customer service. Accusing customers of making up a last name that is somehow in the system and has ordered ahead is one heck of a way to treat a customer.

We have always enjoyed the taste of nothing bundt cakes. This last time, we got 12 buntines for my son's birthday party and we forgot candles. Was able to get them in the store, and then they even gave us matches for free. Helped the event go well.

Terrible customer service with no common sense. My wife just bought one of their expensive cakes (they are good) but the clerk wouldn’t give her s five cent bag to protect the fancy box from the windy downpour of rain right now because she didn’t have her wallet on her to pay the five cent bag fee. Write, use some common sense. We will visit other franchises in the future when we need a gourmet cake.

Love their Bundt cakes! My only complaint is they only have one flavor for gluten free and it's chocolate chip. How about a lemon Bundt cake? I buy a gluten free lemon pound cake mix from Giant. It's very good but not as light as a bundt cake and doesn't have that creamy texture that your frosting has.

I will be glad when I can mix and match the 12 cupcakes. They tried to force me into getting an assortment that I didn't want. Rigid customer service and sales. Thankfully there are other cupcakes in the area.

I had the worst customer service experience at this location. Luna, the young lady at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude from the start. After placing an order for a dozen small cakes, she explained to me that I needed to provide my phone number because the wait was going to be 15 to 20 minutes. I politely declined to provide my phone number and explained to her that I'll be around and I don't feel comfortable providing it. She then proceeded to rudely and aggressively say that she would not be able to complete the transaction because I refused to provide my phone number. Lady, what? I'm here to purchase cakes. Why would I need to provide my phone number to receive cakes? Why is that a requirement? I will have proof of purchase from the receipt. She then went to the back to get her supervisor to try to confirm what she was asking of me. She came out and said the complete opposite politely, which I appreciated, and she then completed the transaction. But my initial first experience with Luna was upsetting. Please retrain your front desk staff and update them with your company policies and behavior. It’s important for businesses to provide consistent and respectful service to their customers.She might rub the wrong person the wrong way at the wrong time.

Service was subpar, borderline rude. Paid extra for cellophane wrapping of the cake and it came out all stuck to the frosting and looking messy. I asked for a box (offered to pay for the box) to put it in so that it would not get more messed up in the car, and was told they would not give me or sell me a box "for corporate reasons" (verbatim the reason I was given). Despite having just purchased a $42 cake, which would have come in a box had I chosen the cheaper packaging option. Would recommend going to a different location.

I I asked if I could look at the cake that was already sealed and they said well people usually don’t ask that. When I got home and opened the box there was a hole in the center just filled with a mound of sunken icing. The cake was overly moist and appeared half baked. Out of all the people at our celebration only theee people ventured to have a taste. It was horrible. We threw it in the trash. It was a waste of 42+ dollars! I’ve had the cakes from other locations in smaller versions and they were delicious. This was not edible!

I ordered online (which I don't know if you save anytime) and ordered 2 bundts. They had an amazing taste as always but they are not made fresh to order. The staff was pleasant and attentive to my order.

Went to get my wife free bundtlet for her birthday but was told I can’t do that even tho I had the email voucher showing the free bundtlet with the expiration date. But since I didn’t have the id to prove the birthday I couldn’t have it. Sad. I used to go there and pick up a lot of stuff for my wife and her family but never again I’ll take my business elsewhere.

If you’re a person of color DO NOT GO to this location in Kentlands. The big asian guy that works there is racist. I was denied of my cake because I didn’t have my drivers license even when I showed him my ID. He was very rude when I was speaking to him and he kept cutting me off mid sentence. I felt belittled and disrespected. Everyone else was approached with respect and I was treated like nothing. They did not care for my business at all. I am so disappointed.

So so so yummy!! Our friends got us the signature assortment ( I believe it was, chocolate, red velvet, lemon and white chocolate raspberry) each flavor was delicious, I highly recommend the lemon and white chocolate raspberry. Husband and son loved the chocolate.

I from MIDWEST... but this is the best CAKE EVER!! I had lemon my kids had red velvet.. my son had chocolate ..this was at a church event"Mother's Day" .. you guys are the best!!
