Pho City, a popular pho restaurant in Montgomery and Frederick county, has been a go-to spot for pho lovers for over a decade. The chicken pho is a customer favorite, known for its soothing effects when one is feeling under the weather. However, not all experiences at Pho City have been positive.

One customer mentioned that while the pho was decent, the service and cleanliness were lacking. The server's abrupt demeanor and unclean fingers touching the rim of the water glass were off-putting. The storage area, which customers had to pass through to access the bathroom, was cluttered with open containers of supplies, utensils, and dishes. The customer also noticed dirty counters and unclean serving and prep areas.

Another customer enjoyed the delicious pho soup but noted that it contained MSG, which caused their mouth to become dehydrated. They also wished that the egg rolls came with lettuce for wrapping. It is worth noting that Pho City automatically charges a tip.
