I ordered an hour in advance and got here and my order still wasn’t ready and they were giving people that ordered after me their order first and we’re being very rude when I asked them to check on my order. I do not recommend coming here. You won’t get your food in a timely manner.

Been here a few times when I was in that area. Every single time the service has been painfully slow. Like 10-15 minutes waiting on one smoothie. I thought it was just an off day the first two times it happened but no, it's been every time I've gone. Maybe it's because they thought I should've tipped. If so that's pretty lame. Went to the Frederick location and waited about 4 minutes. I am not going back. They weren't busy any of the times I went. There's no reason why three employees with two customers had to take 15 minutes to make my smoothies.
We order some açaí bowl from them it was amazing. We will be ordering some more for sure!

I love the Nutella Açaí bowl, I haven’t gotten anything but that. I ordered and 30 seconds later my food was ready, so quick! The atmosphere is perfectly beachy with hand painted mural art 🙌

Good ambiance, the employees were super nice, but the smoothies were not good. We got a coconut new orleans smoothie, dolce latte smoothie, and an orange power smoothie, and they all were sadly not great, they were chunky and had diluted flavors, maybe due to poor quality fruit
