Disappointing service and product. Service was incredibly slow and surly, with no “pep in the step” from any of the three staff members. One staff member has fake nails longer than my hand, which is concerning for hygiene in a food service establishment. 🤢 First and last visit for us.

Great açaí bowls at a very reasonable price. Staff very friendly, even offered a different topping when I didn’t want honey on top. Will come back again.
16oz smoothie was good. $8+tax. Nothing outstanding, but healthier than other options at this intersection.
Wish people making the bowls were wearing some sort of hair protection - both had shoulder-length hair dangling over the prep station. To add, the woman making bowls was wearing a tank top showing half her mid-section. I'm not against a little skin, but not when you're making my food.
Lose the fragrance plug-in near the door. Inappropriate for a food establishment. GROSS

We absolutely love Playa Bowls. Our absolute favorite location is the Darnestown Rd. location. The girls are top notch in customer service. They always offer warm welcomes and great customer service. Their delicious creations are well worth our commute to get there. We have always had consistent excellent service and quality at this location. The other two locations we've tried not so much.
