Love Playa Bowls!!! I’ve been to a couple locations and like to try different items on their menu. They have fresh, healthy ingredients which make a huge difference. I don’t feel guilty going here for a delicious treat! They never disappoint!

I always go to this location and have no issues but today, I ordered a bowl with an açaí base (which I always dol) and when I opened it at home, the base was half dragonfruit and half açaí. I honestly wouldn’t have minded if it was good but it didn’t taste like anything for half of my bowl.

Bowls are great. Chia bowls are gone which is sad but it is what it is.The staff however need help. There are only two and they are always running behind. It's not their fault when there is a giant line with no extra help.Management need to give them more help during prime hours

I ordered online at 2:40 pm and at 2:45 I walked in to let her know that I was present in the store and the worker said, "Yeah let me get to it". I had waited 30 minutes and everyone who came in after me who ordered in store and not online, got their order first and had already left. I was getting frustrated and then I noticed the worker telling the other employee's to do online orders last knowing that on the app it said it will be ready for pickup at a specific time, by now the time was 3:15 pm. When I asked the worker if they make online orders last, the worker said, "We don't prioritize online orders because we never know what time the customer will arrive" which is irrelevant because I had already let the employee know that I had made an online order 25 minutes prior and on their app it specifically asks at what time you will pick it up, which in my case I had mine set up for it to be done “ASAP”. Additionally, there was another person that I had spoken to who was experiencing the same issue because he had also placed an online order. It should always be first come first serve no matter what. Overall horrible experience with the customer service. 30 minutes of waiting is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time and money especially when there's a “convenience fee” for online orders.

Not sure who the girls were on 1/29/24 in the morning but they both very rude and not welcoming at all. Girl who took my order was very inpatient and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. My order didn't even go in a bag. Will not return
My teenager loves the acai bowls here. I asked if they had anything small for my toddler and they put together something not on their menu. What great service!

Love my acai bowls there but I have to take one star off because the staff messes up our orders often. And it is a little expensive. And sometimes the blueberries taste like paper. So why do I go there so much? Hmmm... pura vida!!! Heading there for one now
