I’ve been a loyal customer of Pupuseria Libertad for over a year now, and their food has always been consistently good. The cheese and beans pupusas are tasty and not too salty, and the pollo a la plancha is well-cooked and flavorful. Their service has also been reliable and friendly.

However, based on other reviews, it seems that if you don’t speak Spanish, the service might not be the same. It could be a language barrier issue, so I recommend using a translation...

I have been buying pupusas here for more than 2 years and pollo asado but yesterday I bought chicken pastelitos and they were burned. I didn’t like the lady’s reaction towards my complaint. Never buying again from here ?
