I highly recommend the Bench Restaurant in Rio. Wonderful staff, very friendly and hospitable. The food's great, presentation is very appealing and most of all delicious. We love the happy hour which ends at 7 pm so go there early .

We had a very enjoyable and nice dinner yesterday. I feel bad that the previous reviews are quite negative on this wonderful restaurant. We’ve been to Bench so many times and we were always very happy with the food and service . This is a hidden gem in Rio. While other restaurants are crowded and noisy, this one has a classy and quiet atmosphere. The food’s delicious and flavorful. We had not been to The Bench for dinner since our wedding at the Marriott Washingtonian. Our dinner was remarkable. Our waiter was one of the best we have ever had, which made our dinner even more enjoyable. We will be back!
