I visited your Frederick Rd. store (#5460) at 7:58pm tonight and it was a complete disaster! The cashier spoke and understood minimal English and when we asked her to ask the Manager a question, the Manager answered her with a lengthy response in Spanish. The cashier turned to us and said no. We asked the Manager to turn around and speak to us in English. She said, "Wait a minute," the entire time with her back to us.
