I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place...read full review

Located in multiple locations, Roaming Rooster offers a consistently good experience with crispy, juicy chicken and real chicken meat that is not from a fast food brown bag. The Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich and the Tenders Meal are popular choices. A customer noted the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich is famous, while another found the rooster sauce to be dynamite. The Beltway Box is a limited time lunch special offering a choice of one slider or two tenders or two wings, automatically coming with a small fry and a fountain drink for a great deal. The new location is very spacious with lots of seating, immaculate in cleanliness, and has its own unique style. The customer service is pleasant, with staff like Alexis and Rosario consistently described as kind, sweet, genuinely helpful, warm, welcoming, and consistently going above and beyond. Alexis handles any situation with kindness and professionalism, while Rosario has a warm and positive presence. Some feedback includes a request for a 4 or 6 wing deal, as three wings are not enough, and a note that fries were a miss but will be given another shot. The chicken itself is so good, and the overall atmosphere is positive.
