“Very friendly place.Go all the way down the road to the 2nd entrance. You'll see a fence and the parking lot to the left. There is some parking by the side of the building for maybe 2-3 trucks and some along the fence. Kind of tight parking lot. Park and ring door bell at shipping receiving door, if no one answers then call the number they'll tell you what door to back into once they open the garage doors. Back in with doors open. Someone will come out to give you seal and paperwork“

During the pickup, the representative was patient with explaining how to debox the wedding cake. I was surprised and grateful to hear of the free anniversary tier. “I went to purchase a birthday cake for my daughter and I noticed how delicious the cookies looked. I also read on all the reviews how amazing their cookies are especially the snicker doodle. Alejandra who was simply a sweetheart, helped make suggestions/recommendations and she was so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed with the customer service and the quality of the baked goods. “We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“
