I have to say that is the best salmon, or meal for that matter, that I've ever had. The food is always great, but that was over the top. I hope they keep that on the menu permanently.”

“I absolutely love these people. Not only does the pizza rock, they are the most friendly people you could ever ask for. I usually have my dog with me and today they hooked me up with a water dish for her (numbskull dad forgot water) and my order was a little slow due to a big crowd so they gave me a gift certificate for later. (I’d come back regardless) I can’t say enough about the atmosphere for sure. I always feel welcome and appreciated! My dog and I love you guys!”

“As we have a dog with us, we did takeout. The spring rolls are huge and quite tasty. The “small” wonton soup was more than enough for two people. Though it could have been saltier, it was excellent. The “seafood lovers” entree was advertised as “crispy” which neither of us thought of as fried. It was excellent nonetheless. And the asparagus with beef was outstanding. Though we did not eat inside, it’s very nicely decorated. Quite classy, in fact. Neither of us would hesitate to eat there again. When we ordered, it said 25-30 minutes. I walked in at 25 minutes, and it was ready. Oh, yeah… reasonably priced.”

“We came to the Ruddy Duck while in town visiting family so we could have a belated anniversary date.. We had a most incredible experience...our server David was attentive and pleasant without being over bearing...his menu recommendations were on point! The crab dip is stellar...my husband and I got what was on special...he got the crab cake burger with duck fat fries and I got the steak frites...everything was cooked perfectly! The duck fat fries beat out the well known ones from our current home town, and the steak was melt in your mouth...the mushroom peppercorn sauce was to DIE for... I was so thrilled that Chef agreed to sell me a small container of just the sauce to take home. My husband is going to regret that he brought me, because now we are going to have to go back every time we come back to visit family...10 stars out of 5! ❤️”

“Barrel 9 has all the right stuff. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff, the most delicious nosh, and an amazing selection of bourbons and wine. I solely came for the bourbons to sample some of the harder allocation bottles and fell in love with the food and staff. This little gem is what the SOMD area needs more of. I highly recommend 5/5 stars!!!!”
