Customer service is good especially the lady with pink hair, but whoever is making the drinks needs to be fired or changed to a different position. My coffee now tastes watered down and my match is basically just milk! I’m just waiting for the new Dunkin to open up the street hopefully it’s better.
She cries, Americans who work there give bad service, they have closed the lobby and I went through the window to get my coffee and just because I didn't have my car, she didn't want to sell me, I work next to her, maybe two meters away and she demanded that I go for my car and she drove by, I told her I work next door, she told me she didn't care and wouldn't sell me, I think she's the only white American who works there, she's racist.

Jasmine the girl with the black hair and glasses very rude. I went up to order and she just looked at me and I said hello and she said are you gonna order or not and I said excuse me she was like are you going to order or not? What are you gonna order very rudely not sure if she had scorpions for breakfast or just having a bad day, but I did not appreciate that. my suggestion would be for her to get some customer service training or be a little bit more polite to the customers...read full review
