When I pay a delivery fee and tip I expect delivery to my door. I am disabled and walk with a cane. I can not hobble down to the parking lot and carry food back upstairs! Driver showed up and called me to ask my apartment number, and when I said it was a 2nd floor unit suddenly I was told he wasn't allowed to come in.
