“I really enjoyed myself at this place. The customer service was really great. Everybody was kind and helpful. This establishment was very clean. All of the food came out really fast and everything was fresh and cooked to order. I ordered the meat lovers pizza and a pepperoni pizza along with mozzarella sticks and cheesesteak roll ups. The pizza was fresh and all the toppings tasted fresh including the sauce. The cheese was absolutely amazing on the pizza along with the mozzarella sticks had a great cheese pull. The cheesesteak roll ups was another one of my favorites. It was something different and I like the chipotle ranch dipping sauce that came with it. I dined in and you get free refills when you order a drink. Overall, this place was amazing and I would definitely recommend you try this place if you like great fresh pizza from a family style restaurant…. I will definitely be going back to try more things on the menu.“

“My family was in the pizza business for many years in Philadelphia, PA where I worked every aspect of the business. I also served in the military for 23 years and have eaten at dozens of pizza places throughout our great country so I'm very confident in knowing what good pizza is all about and on Aug 30, 2026 I ate at one of the best, if not the best pizza I have ever had at a small corner joint called Angeli's in Baltimore, MD. From the light, airy dough, to the tasty marinara sauce and the high-quality mozzarella cheese all cooked to perfection I was overwhelmed with how good their pizza truly was. And to enhance our experience even more the wait staff and owner was incredibly friendly and attentive and the icing on the cake was meeting Maryann who greeted me with a warm smile and compassionate gratitude when I let her know how great their place and pizza were. Anytime I'm back in Baltimore I will always make time to get a pizza at Angeli's. 10/10 in my book!!!“

“I was at a birthday catered by Benny’s. The meatballs were outstanding, tender, moist, excellent flavor and the sauce was excellent also! “Absolutely Delicious – Best Fish Sub Around! I can’t say enough good things about East Drive Kitchen! I stopped in on a whim and decided to try their fish sub—and WOW. Hands down one of the best fish subs I’ve ever had! The fish was perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The bread was fresh and soft, and the toppings were just right—not too much, not too little. You can tell they take pride in their food. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was fast, even during the lunch rush. If you’re in the area and craving something satisfying, do yourself a favor and get the fish sub. “The is a true local gem. The bar is decorated in a 1970’s theme. They offer old timey beers like Stroh’s and Schaefer as well as inventive cocktails. The menu consists of unique pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Their wings are tender, tasty and delicious. The bar has a pub like quality and the clientele is friendly and welcoming. “I’ll be honest, I was both excited and skeptical about trying Wonder when it first opened. The whole concept seemed a little strange to me, and I wasn’t sure how it would actually work. Since they were offering 50% off for first time customers when I went, I figured it was worth a try.

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

I’d definitely come back and try some of the other restaurants they have. I also really liked the atmosphere. It was quiet, clean, and didn’t feel chaotic, which was nice. The kitchen area looked especially clean, which always leaves a good impression.

“We went to the Towson location Sunday evening and can't say enough good things!! First off, the young gentleman at the front was the friendliest and most personable person I've ever met at any restaurant. He got us waters and menus and made small talk with us. We got the garlic knots. UPC sampler and a whole pepperoni. Everything was soooooo good!! We had so many leftovers too! What a great find!! Well worth the 35 min drive we made, we love pizzas and always like trying places! This is definitely one of our top picks!🍕🍕“

“Ok so I’m soo late at writing my reviews. I initially came the first time based off reviews and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The food and service I received was amazing. He recognized I was a new customer and made my experience feel so personal. So I came back 2 nights ago because of that experience and I remembered I didn’t do a review the first time and just remembered just now, there pizza I got was so good pepperoni and mushroom well done was so good and Rich. And this time I tried the buffalo wings hot, well done and those were also very delicious. You won’t be disappointed, I promise. I waited no more than about 12 mins each time.“

“Tried Upper Crust for the first time today. It’s now my new go to pizza place. We’ve lived in Elkridge on the east end of HoCo for 25 years and our local joints have just fallen off lately so i went in search of a new place to get good pizza. I love good pizza. This place has great crust, it’s crispy and chewy just like it’s supposed to be. The ratio of sauce and cheese and toppings was just right too. If you’re looking for good pizza in central or eastern HoCo this is the place. It’s right near Howard High. Thank you Upper Crust for being there for me and having great pizza.“

“Ordered two pies for delivery after seeing pics of a charred sourdough crust on Reddit. It’s a bakery so of course the crust is GOATd. The pizzas are huge and the Peruvian chicken one really stood out. Juicy, smoky, earthy with a fruity spiciness. Truly top tier stuff from Baltoz.

Only complaint is that they don’t sell any of those bomb as pastries for delivery. To be fair, many of their pastries look delicately laminated (very flaky, buttery, crispy) so they might not survive the trip with a Baltimore driver behind the wheel. I’d still risk it though 😂😂😂“

The pies are consistently excellent, especially when you dine in, and even for takeout they hold up well if you ask for a crispier crust. The Brussels sprout Caesar is another standout, even if it can run a little heavy on the dressing. And for happy hour, the prices are almost unbeatable for the quality you’re getting.

Our experience is really centered on the early evening, and that’s where things feel a bit different from the late-night buzz the place is known for. During happy hour it’s usually surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to grab a table but also feels unexpected given how popular the restaurant becomes later. The “Locals Only” concept is clever, but despite visiting pretty regularly around that time, we don’t quite feel recognized as locals—something that could make the theme feel more meaningful. The music can also be louder than you’d expect for 5–6pm. Still, even with those quirks, we keep coming back for one very simple reason: the food is excellent.“
