Chick-fil-A, always talks about how customer friendly they are..well someone needs to do more customer service training to the people at the Sharpsburg location in Hagerstown, Md!! I just downloaded this app and placed an order, through Doordarshan. 1st time using this app and location and when my Doordarshan driver showed up they said they didn't have my order, eventhough they charged me for it. The quick lane is NOT quick at all! At least 6 or 8 cars that were in the drive-thru after I checked in were served before myself. You’re better off just ordering thru the drive-thru.
