I ordered two medium hot chocolates and both cups were noticeably underfilled. For the price, I expect the cups to be filled properly. It may seem minor, but it’s disappointing to receive less than what you’re paying for. I’ve had better experiences in the past, so I hope this location pays more attention to consistency and quality going forward.

The employees are nice but I wish they would listen to orders better, multiple times i was there my order was messed up, nothing big like I order a Vanilla Ice Coffee and they skip the vanilla, or I order a Hot Vanilla Cappuccino but I receive a just hot coffee in a cup with Vanilla in it as in no espresso and no foam, no sign of a Cappuccino inside. In the end my one complaint about this place is that employees have a tendency to not listen to orders carefully a make sure they...

This place is the only location that gets my order right every time I travel to this area but I've heard other people say they have come here many times and if something on their order was wrong they are quick to fix it. So far everyone has been friendly.
