Came to the Hagerstown location on a Monday Morning. Ordered inside the lobby. Staff was very courteous. Order was completed quickly. However….. even though decafe was listed on the menu…. None was available. No whipped cream for the latte. Both bathrooms had a sign stating out of order. This is my first experience with Krispy Kreme.
