Definitely the absolute BEST Chinese restaurants in the entire Tri-state area! Excellent food, excellent service. The only problem is the neighborhood that it is located in. Move the panhandlers from out front. If the City of Hagerstown would enforce the law, this would be even better!
This place has a lot of selection for a cheap price, and I have come here many times in the past and will continue to do so
Service is so helpful! A little too much but overall fantastic ! Will come back! And if you haven't tried it yet please do, it is very hygienic and recommendable
